Working with a Budget
Designing a Yard
Almost
everyone has a limit to how much they are willing to spend on their yard.
Especially if we are talking about a second or investment home. Here are
some tips so you don't sell your yard short and get the most bang for your
buck.
Start with a plan: We suggest starting with a basic plan that you
can add to later or do improvements yourself. Getting with a professional
at least for the planning stages can be a great help on your wallet. It
also provides you with an overview of what you can accomplish if you want
to do the work yourself. Keep it simple: Look for low maintenance plants,
grasses and trees for a yard that require less upkeep if you feel you
cannot afford to keep someone on retainer to do so. We will gladly mow
lawns and do intermittent upkeep for you if you find yourself in a time
crunch.
